We do! Most of the time, in-person sessions are preferred, but we understand that sometimes life happens. We are happy to discuss other options but have two great locations that provide a comfortable, welcoming space for you.

Resolve has two locations, both in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Our primary office is on Grandview Avenue, opposite Holy Spirit Hospital. Lindsey operates from this office. Daniel works out of the Resolve office on Lisburn Road.
Both addresses can be found on the bottom of every page of our website for your convenience, or you can reach out directly for help in finding us!

Session fees are dependent upon your therapist. Out-of-pocket costs when not using insurance will be discussed with your therapist during your initial consultation and you will be provided a Good Faith Estimate for self-pay costs. Sliding fee scales may also be discussed.
-
Yes! As with out-of-pocket fees, insurances are dependent on therapist. You need to check with your therapist on what insurance(s) they currently accept.
Currently, Resolve accepts: Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Cigna/Evernorth, Highmark, Optum, PerformCare, Quest Behavioral Health, United Health Care …and more to come!
Make sure you check with your specific provider - every plan is different! What you pay depends on your specific plan.

Online therapy can be a really convenient option when it is clinically appropriate. This is something that the therapist discusses at the start of therapy. There is a secure platform we utilize to ensure privacy, through a link that is sent to you via a password-protected patient portal. Only you have access to this, and can sign in at the time of your appointment for a full video session; just like Facetime!
Audio-only options are available as well; again, following a discussion with your therapist.
-
Following a free initial consult (if desired), basic information will be gathered to establish you into our system. This will allow for you to have a secure account in our patient portal, and to complete all required documents. These documents must be completed prior to your first appointment!
You will also be scheduled for an initial assessment. This assessment allows for your therapist to better understand your symptoms, your history, and how we can best help you on your therapy journey. You will work together to develop a treatment plan and determine how often you will be seen. Now the work starts!

It happens! We don’t expect to be everyone’s cup of tea. You won’t hurt our feelings if you don’t think things are working out. We absolutely want you to be honest with us about how you’re feeling - that’s the only way therapy is successful! This is YOUR time.
if it’s time to move on from Resolve, we will do our best to utilize the resources we have to make another referral for you.
-
No, this is not something our office provides. We strictly offer outpatient therapy services, and our intakes are only to better understand your story in order to start the therapy process. If you are looking for a more in-depth diagnostic interview, such as a neuropsychological evaluation, for any other reason or for another provider, this is not the place for you!
-
Not at this time! Medications can be helpful in the course of mental health treatment, but right now, we are in the business of outpatient therapy. Of course, we do encourage seeing if therapy is beneficial for you as we believe it can be helpful to all.
